miltary poem

My Mom is Soldier

My mother is Soldier,

When I was young boy

She always told me

I glow in uniform

I have such precious thoughts cascade

Some old, some new, not one will fade

How hard that day we said good-bye

The joy, the pain, etched in my eye

My mom

Left to serve our Country well

But I want to ask you

Who serve me

My perfect one, my tears did swell

I keep your Home in wait with me and father

You daughter will guard it faithfully

You daughter will pray every night

You daughter will told her friends

My mom is Soldier with proud smile

No one can see my tear while I pray for you each day

How great the day when you’ll return

We’ll talk and talk, night-lights to burn

My mom is Soldier

I am great Soldier’s daughter
